William Lane Craig is Not Gay

  1. Guilt and shame that homosexuals tend to be afflicted with are not based in some superstition that the heterosexual majority foist on a misunderstood minority. Rather, the guilt and shame homosexuals experience that lead to depression and suicide are similar consequences that resemble other forms of sexual misconduct such as sexual promiscuity among heterosexuals. Such fallout from immoral behavior is the result of a conscientious recognition that homosexuality is a perverted expression of sexuality.

Second, according to J. R. Daling and his co-authors in "Correlates of Homosexual Behavior and the Incidence of Anal Cancer," Journal of the American Medical Association 247, no.14, 9 April 1982, pp. 1988-90, homosexuals are much more likely to suffer from a higher rate of variety of diseases such as chlamydia trachomatis, cryptosporidium, giardia lamblia, herpes simplex virus, human papilloma virus (HPV) or genital warts, isospora belli, microsporidia, gonorrhea, viral hepatitis types B & C and syphilis. They are also 4000 percent more likely to develop anal cancer than those who do not engage in anal intercourse.

Finally, the ploy of attributing homosexual tendencies to anyone who calls the normality of homosexual behavior into question is an old ploy that twists the Jungian analysis of projection in order to gain a rhetorical advantage. Even if Dr. Craig or any other person who upheld traditional sexual morality were themselves homosexual, this revelation would not discredit their arguments and evidence questioning the moral legitimacy of homosexuality. This line of argument is at best an ad hominem circumstantial and, at worst, a manipulative smear to shut up the opposition.
