This one's from back in February, but I'm posting it for j summ, who must be happy to learn that dangerous 14 year old girls are being taught the proper way to fight by the heroic men in blue.
The police report states that Chief [Roger] Hatcher told Martinez to stop running and warned her about the taser.
Yeah, that makes it okay. I can imagine an interview with a mugger: "Hey, I warned the guy. I told him 'Your money or your life' and showed him the gun, so when he didn't hand over his wallet and started running, I shot him in the back."
Cops are nothing but licensed criminals.
