Environmental religionists and how they mistake the problem

The Biggest problem was never "carbon emissions" and humans are not "destroying the earth" what we are doing is making the earth less and less productive and hospitable for us and other species. The promotion of the idiotic "Carbon footprint" is in effect, a way of making pollution acceptable, something you can produce and and then push out to the population as long as you have a license or pay for rights to destroy by negligence or sloppiness, all for the promotion of profit by corporate personhood.

Our problem was, is, and will continue to be pollution this of course is an infringement on others. Because of this I am what is often called "green" but not because I think that golbal warming is the problem in the way they present it, but simply I don't want to eat, drink, or breathe poison, nor see my fellow humans choke down the same just so some corporation can continue to make more crap for WalMart.

Simple, right?

But this idea has run off track, an I think we can clearly blame the oligarchy. The have no intention of controlling the pollution by the large corporations it is too profitable, they intend on saddling smaller businesses with more control to eliminate competition. Large corporations will continue to pour and pump out every toxin that is important to the highest profits.

The elitist would think the above video is funny, as a parent I found the death of two children by an "authority figure" not only vile but deeply disturbing.

If you don't think that they eventually will have this exact end result (control by threat of death) in mind you are deluding yourself.

If you ever wondered why they are so worried about finding a way to implement gun control this could well give you a clue. Psychologically this video is very informative for the analysis of the mind of the oligarch and his statist servants.

  2. I am always disturbed by defeatist comments like these:

no intention of controlling the pollution by the large corporations it is too profitable

Large corporations will continue to pour and pump out every toxin that is important to the highest profits

Maybe if a certain cynical subsection of our society wasn't intent on discounting their elected representation as impotent corporate cronies (which is a fact so self-evident, it need no longer be sung by the critics in chorus), we might have elected officials who represent voters, not donors. Instead, our elected officials represent the US population that votes: weak, short sighted, greedy and completely disinterested in solving problems so long as the money rolls in.

The people who see what's going on have decided to no longer participate, so I could not be any less surprised by the results.

And global warming is a problem, but I would like to see heavy metals being dumped into our waters dealt with first, if only because it's much easier to handle and would have a more dramatic immediate effect.
