News and Notes: My Posting and New Header

First, thank you to all the new contributors that have joined us. We can now say truthfully that Skeptical Eye brings you nine authors, which when put that way sounds pretty impressive.

You'll notice some other changes as well, like our new header, courtesy of and created by Bret "Ginx" Alan. He also came up with the change to the tagline, so that it now says exposing the machinery of mass conformity, instead of opposing. While we will always oppose that conformity, what we're really doing is exposing it for all the world to see (the world of Skeptical Eye readers, for those of you about to make jokes).

So what do you think? Do you like the change? I do, but I wouldn't mind hearing your thoughts. Anyway, a big thanks once again to Ginx for going the extra mile to help make this blog better.

I was going to write something short about my recent posting habits (or lack thereof) but I don't know that anyone is paying attention anyway. I've had some personal issues to deal with the last week so that has slowed me down a little, but I'll hopefully soon be back to my regular posting frequency.

New features are on the way too, so stay tuned!

Thanks for reading.

  1. I swear, I'm really gonna post an article on here one of these days.

  2. I changed the title image to hopefully blend into the fading background better. I have two versions of it, here and here.

If the post you are commenting on is more than 30 days old, your comment will have to await approval before being published. Rest assured, however, that as long as it is not spam, it will be published in due time.
