I don't hate it. Hating things expends to much negative energy. I just see no point for what I'm looking for in life. But never under estimate the power of people needing to associate, congregate and share.
All the stupid games. Facebook is game-central any more.
What's not to love about a place that collects all of your family, ex-girlfriends, and casual work acquaintances in one place? It's one convenient site for me to not log into which allows me to ignore everyone in one fell swoop.
I don't hate Facebook it is - just boring.
it's awkward - there are so many friends and family members from my past that i'd rather *not* have on there. granted, these aren't people i hate, so i'd feel bad ignoring their requests (and in some cases, i know how much pointless drama it would cause). most of the people from my past are hardcore Christians, so i also can't always be myself w/o offending someone. (I'm not really all that offensive - it's just that much of my family are way too easily offended).
I don't hate Facebook but I do think it's the most over rated website in history. It's just a matter of time before this $500 billion dollar bubble bursts.
