What's not to love about a place that collects all of your family, ex-girlfriends, and casual work acquaintances in one place? It's one convenient site for me to not log into which allows me to ignore everyone in one fell swoop.
it's awkward - there are so many friends and family members from my past that i'd rather *not* have on there. granted, these aren't people i hate, so i'd feel bad ignoring their requests (and in some cases, i know how much pointless drama it would cause). most of the people from my past are hardcore Christians, so i also can't always be myself w/o offending someone. (I'm not really all that offensive - it's just that much of my family are way too easily offended).
I don't hate Facebook but I do think it's the most over rated website in history. It's just a matter of time before this $500 billion dollar bubble bursts.

I don't hate it. Hating things expends to much negative energy. I just see no point for what I'm looking for in life.
