  2. DM, thanks for the great comment! Yes, I agree with you and Hitch, religion IS the problem.

By the way, your parody of a religous crazy is spot-on!

  3. Why is God the problem? Do you blame him for issues or problems? Why is he responsible for problems versus you or a individual being responsible for your own problems? Or don't you believe in personal responsibility instead of blaming others for your problems? God is good and fights evil. It is secularism that is inviting to evil and moral relativism in our society. A true belief in God requires a belief in moral absolutes.

  4. Why is God the problem?

If there is no God, "he" can't be a problem, can "he"?

Why is he responsible for problems versus you or a individual being responsible for your own problems?

I don't know what you're talking about. Who said people aren't responsible? What are you referring to?

God is good and fights evil.

    I wish!

A true belief in God requires a belief in moral absolutes.

Then you reject the Bible as your guide, right? You won't find objective morality in the Bible at all.

I believe in an objective and rational morality. If I believed God handed down "morality" by his commands, I wouldn't (and I couldn't, even if I wanted to).
