I used to listen to Kentucky Rain on an old cassette tape over and over again on long drives, drives on which I coincidentally encountered lots of rain, rain that continued on into the night, past the witching hour. Rain that no doubt sometimes came from Kentucky.
I wore that old tape out rewinding it so much; didn't have a CD player in the old car. I still don't have a CD player in my car, and I still want to listen to Kentucky Rain.
