The Obama "I Promise" Song and Dance Routine
We (or you foolish people who voted actually thinking you would change anything in Washington by doing so) elected the peace and love Barack Obama in 2008, but what we got after he was sworn into office was the real Barack Obama, the one that has continued the Bush/Cheney wars, kept the embargo on Cuba in place, kept Guantanamo open, started new wars, and approves of the torture of a true hero, Bradley Manning (a man worth at least 100 Barack Obamas). We won't even go into things like the drug war (and breaking a promise not to go after medical marijuana in states where it's legal) and the bailouts for banksters and big corporations...
