Jury Nullification

Jury nullification (like that other nullification by the individual states of federal laws) is another check on unjust laws and government tyranny. The black robed tyrants that sit like little gods in our courts, however, have denied this power of the people by instructing juries that they must convict someone if the "facts" prove they are guilty of the "crime" (or by not informing them of their true rights and powers). Juries of course actually have the ability to acquit for any reason, including if they simply believe the law in question is wrong (judging not just the facts, but the law itself). It is the tyrants on the bench that should be tried, found guilty, and hung.
