I don't know if I could get one million of anything by asking online, but some seem to have amazing powers in that regard. Maybe they're using The Secret? If I was going to ask, it would be for one million dollar bills (or better yet, silver dollars; why not ask for real money instead of counterfeit while I'm at it?) but certainly not for giraffes!
