The issue of racism isn't settled, especially if one wants to revert back to allowing private businesses to openly discriminate. The "philosophical discussion" is all well and good to have, but the reality is that businesses still discriminate and should not be given the ability to make it worse.
I want to live in the fantasy land of libertarians, this "hypothetical" place where people simple do the right thing without being told to do so. I don't think that place exists, nor do the people who inhabit this mystical land of individual responsibility. What I see, here in the real world, is manipulative liars who do whatever they want and deny any responsibility when problems arise.
