Medical Marijuana?
Naturally, the cops prove they are the real bad guys over and over again. Oh, the pot providers weren't checking credentials to make sure the customers were medical users of the drug. How terrible! How evil to provide a product in a peaceful, mutual exchange with someone willing to buy it.
