I think that capitalization should be used in moderation. Beginning of a sentence, proper nouns, the words I, I'm and I've, and certain acronyms like COBOL and VCR.
IF YOU OVER USE CAPITALIZATION, IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE YELLING.
