Honestly, I paid taxes during 8 years of Bush. During that time the total amount I paid in taxes went up, wars I opposed were started and fought, billions were given to cronies, and all manner of conservative corruption occurred. I can't imagine why it's suddenly a big deal just because a Democrat is in office.
