Sen. Rand Paul plans to introduce a bill that requires that someone has to show intent to commit a crime in order to be tried and given a criminal sentence. There are so many laws on the books that many people may innocently violate the "law" (as an anarchist of course I don't recognize the legitimacy of the state's phony "laws") without realizing they have done so. Even foreign "laws" from another crazy country can get you in trouble. To Hell with the state and all its evil! Go Rand!
