The Plastiki

The Plastiki, which contains 12,500 recycled bottles, arrives in Sydney after crossing the Pacific.

I knew I should have been saving all those empty plastic bottles instead of throwing them out. I could have had my own fleet of yachts by now.

    Tell me about it. All the aluminum cans could have been used to make an airplane or spaceship. I was so upset, I shit a brick. A few thousand more and I'll build my own cathedral with stained glass made from recycled bottles.

    I did have the foresight to save cardboard boxes, which helped in the move.
