The Unconstitutional "Healthcare" Bill

President Obama's health-care bill is now moving toward final passage. The policy issues may be coming to an end, but the legal issues are certain to continue because key provisions of this dangerous legislation are unconstitutional.

If the government can mandate the purchase of insurance, it can do anything.

Seriously? Eight years under Bush and this is news? HELLO? Where you been?

The government CAN do anything it wants, especially if we let them. Regulating healthcare... oh I'm so frightened. I won't be dropped for no reason or have to pay more money, I'm so farking angry!

Save your rage for when Republicans have control again in 8-12 years (thanks in small part to ridiculous nonsense spewing like that article).
