Private health care is illegal in Canada and yet no one enforces the law. So we have Health Canada distributing A-H1N1 vaccine to private clinics for the elite while social clinics are denied the vaccine.

But hey, you "have to do something" and apparently private enterprise is blamed so...voila...2000 pages.
If it's not a government take over then why is it soooo damn big? Canada nationalized health in under 25 pages.
