Banksters BofA tried to foreclose on homeowners who purchased their house outright with cash, and therefore never had a mortgage. A judge ruled against Bank of America and ordered them to pay the homeowners legal fees. After 5 months, Banksters of America (who won't show such patience if you refuse to pay them) still had not paid the home owning couple, so they decided to "foreclose" on the bank!
