Rep. Ron Paul praises fellow Republicans for opposing cap and trade and socialized medicine, but wonders why they have no outrage over the expansion and continuation of war and other "national security" outrages. Of course, the answer is that the Republican Party is the other side of the coin to the Democrat's welfare party. Both sides perpetuate the welfare/warfare state, and both sides prefer that to real change that might actually threaten the power of Washington.
