For Lunch

Okay, I know you know what I had the other day for lunch (if you've been reading this blog faithfully as you should) but today I'm having one of those pre-washed salad packs with a small can of white meat chicken. I use only olive oil and vinegar (sometimes apple cider but today red wine) as my dressing and maybe add a little salt and fresh ground pepper. That's it.
