Federal Government's New Definition of Rape Convicts Federal Government of Rape
'It's a great victory. This new definition will mean that, at long last, we will begin to see the full scope of this horrific violence, and that understanding will carry through to increased attention and resources for prevention and action.'-Eleanor Smeal
An FBI advisory board's decision to update its definition of rape has been hailed a success by women's rights advocates.
The FBI's present definition of rape as 'carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will' has not been updated since 1929.
At a meeting in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the board changed the definition of rape to 'penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.'-Women's rights advocates hail the FBI's new definition of rape
The next time you board a flight in the US, be prepared to hand over your luggage to government-hired rapists. Under the FBI’s updated definition of rape, agents with the TSA are as good as guilty of the crime.
You know those “enhanced pat-downs” that Transportation Security Administration agents are always offering, often with unfavorable backlashes from airport patrons who feel humiliated, violated and disgusted with what the government thinks is an appropriate way to counter terror? Well, that’s soon going to be rape. And the TSA? Serial rapists.-TSA agents become rapists
So, where was Eleanor and the feminists during all the months of TSA forced rape of innocent airline passengers? They were no where to be heard, because, of course, the state they owe their allegiance (and power) to gets a pass (and if government goons do it, it's not really rape, right?) just as it does for every other act that would be a crime when committed by ordinary citizens, from theft to murder.
