Should more populated states like California, Texas, Florida and New York be divided in order to make governing them easier, while also providing them a more equal (though still under-represented) presence in the Senate?
I dont think the small states would like that...they are too much power now but will want to keep it, and they have advantage also, though smaller, in the electoral college system. They will not want their power reduced in the senate either...
