Formed in June 2010, Louie Gohmert and The Terrorist Babies is a political satire based on a ridiculous statement by a Rebublican congressman from Texas on the House floor regarding immigration reform. It was Gohmert's assertion that terrorists have been smuggling pregnant women into the United States in order to "destroy our way of life."
