Hugo Chavez, the same Stalinist thug who shuts down TV stations opposing his regime, is watching as the food prices in his country go through the roof. Meanwhile, 80,000 tons of food are rotting in government warehouses (well, of course). Darn those economic laws.
Note: this is the same guy who Sean Penn thinks we should be incarcerated for criticizing.
