Is the Keystone Pipeline Crony Capitalism?

Looks like some Tea Party people have started to realize the fact that their anti-environment views conflict with their libertarian tendencies. How is a giant toxic pipeline, made possible through eminent domain theft (along with violating the property rights of the indigenous in Canada) a "small government" project? It's crony capitalism, and ecologically destructive crony capitalism at that.-http://ecoancap.blogspot.com/2012/02/tea-party-joins-fight-against-toxic.html

The above is by SE contributor Cork at a blog he created a while back called  "The Eco An-Cap". Anything involving theft of property by eminent domain is by definition crony capitalism in my book, so that's one for the yes column right there. Your view?
