To begin,
(1) Legally abolish the agency,
(2) Fire all of its employees and forbid all future government contracts with them and with all of the agency's private contractors,
(3) Demolish its entire capital stock by razing all of the buildings, smashing the computers and other equipment, and dumping the rubble into the Marianas Trench.
Anything short of this plan will fail, leaving us at the mercy of a government equipped with everything it needs to crush us under the weight of an inescapable totalitarianism.
The next step is to carry out similar actions for the rest of the government.
The final step is to invite everyone to cooperate in building a free civilization atop the rubble of the demolished tyrannical regime.-Robert Higgs
