Told Ya!

Right here, in fact. If you look at the number of followers through Google that this blog has, it has dropped by one today. This happened after that "follower" read my two latest posts on Memorial Day. Bye-bye Guam girl. Guess some only want an echo chamber; sorry I couldn't oblige, but I have to be true to myself and I won't compromise that, no matter how many people don't like it. By the way, I follow many blogs and read many more that I have lots of disagreements with, sometimes even to the point of getting somewhat angry with some of what is written, but I've never stopped reading or following someone for that reason. It's stupid.

  2. I guess that will happen. Sometimes I just don't like that Follow feature because it seems like people will mindlessly follow any blog so they get followers and then when they get around to actually reading that blog, don't like it. I prefer to follow blogs I'd actually like to read. It also makes me realize that no one likes mine! It's much better that way!

  3. Hey, Kelly, thanks!

Jessica, yeah, I know what you mean. There's a lot of that, with many just following a blog hoping someone will follow them. I do tend to follow a lot of blogs myself, but only when I find one that interests me (although if someone finds my blog and follows, I'll usually return the favor and follow their blog). I could just follow any and every blog I come across, and no doubt that would get me more "followers", but I don't see the point in that.

  4. People who get offended after reading your posts (or anyone's post for that matter) are just close minded, narcissistic, ideological brats.
    That sounded awfully mean....
    Scratch that.
Some people just can't get past their own thoughts. To see that others may have a different view.
    Cheers :)
