For some reason, this doesn't excite me

  1. Excite? Terrify, more like. Most of it reminded me of a very early and very bad episode of Star Trek!

But being trapped anywhere with those people - hell!

  2. No, I can't rouse any excitement for that.

If there is a heaven, it looks more like the setting of The Lion King and God is Rafiki! Now I know what my next blog will be about. ;)

  4. Sure I am so excited I am just going to start believing in a load of crap and sending crooked preacher guy my money. That way I can pretend that when I die I can get lots of free stuff and not grow old. Yes Sir. that is some mighty find pretending.

I can't even pity these people anymore.

  5. The only heaven I would ever want, is the answers to any question I could ever have... that would be it, let me know those things and then let me cease to exist ;)

  6. hey! Isn't that a munchkin from the Wizard of Oz? All she needs is a green jumpsuit. Or was that Charlie and the Chocolate Factory?

  7. Em, did you have a specific Star Trek episode in mind? There were definitely some stinkers in the bunch, though I always thought most of those duds were from the third and final season (of the original series, of course).

I will say that even the most barren and desolate planet in Federation space would probably be preferable to the vision of Heaven presented in this video.

Maybe the Lion King and Bill Shatner are preparing a place for us.

Ryk, yes, pretending. But, you see, they're all pretending because there is no such thing as a theist, it's all a game of make-believe, no one really, deep down, believes any of it. They may pretend otherwise, of course.

Kerri, we'd all like that, I think.

Super Groovy, who do you think would win the battle if the Munchkins faced off against the Oompa-Loompas?

  8. who do you think would win the battle if the Munchkins faced off against the Oompa-Loompas?I'd say the Oompa's, they were played by little people (dwarfs) while the Munchkins were played by people who lacked proper growth hormones, that's why you don't see many around anymore, most get treatment now. Dwarfs have a lot of strength for their size from what I understand... could be wrong, that could just be a myth. :)

  10. I agree with Em.... it terrifies me. Hard to believe people believe stuff like that.... And I agree with Jessica how I think ii will look, too.

In a twinkling of an eye I'd like to be able to fly anywhere I'd choose....
