Question: Deplorable and cowardly as this cop was (and there are a few incidences that happened here in Canada that left the public shocked and outraged regarding the police using brutal force on people with mental issues), I'd like to know how many times police officers with half a brain actually back off and deal with it professionally and with human dignity.
Not that doing it 1 in 10 cases is right but I'd still like to see some statistics.
