I used to have no problem with #BlackLivesMatter as a slogan, even though the movement was ignorant, built on lies, poorly organized, and ineffective. It didn't seem problematic to me that people said that black lives matter, though. That's changed, and I would place the blame squarely on the constant, unending obsession with defending the slogan. It's obvious that it's a failed movement, and now even its label is toxic, so it should be abandoned for the racist drivel that it is. When you spend half your time just defending a stupid bumper sticker idea (as I've repeatedly seen BLM activists do on TV and in print), it's time to move on and try again. -Bret AlanOh, and All Lives Matter! At the time they had a real good reason. I do agree that ALL LIVES MATTER. Red, yellow white or black. We are all humans.
