Angry Atheists?

Having to show any respect for religious delusion is enough to make anyone frustrated, are we angry? Some of us are, (myself included) but is the rejection of blatant harmful delusions "angry"...

Even our pathetic government must have the lapdogs who whore themselves out to become part of the corrupt, greedy, fraudulent power structure. Losers and failed lawyers who simply have no honor, the clamorous and willing lickspittles of the oligarchy. The fact that the willing lapdogs must show fealty to delusions should frustrate everyone, how can the "problems" be "fixed" when delusion is a requirement?

So Many Angry Souls

Watching the McCain supporters this past week act like complete assholes as they came unhinged shouting things like “Treason!” and “Terrorist!” and “Kill him!” and “Off with his head!”, encouraged, no doubt, by statements such as Sarah Palin's that Obama is “palling around with terrorists”, one can only shake one's head. Now, she only mentioned William Ayers, someone Obama has not "palled around with", so where are these other terrorists she speaks of? Of course, when it comes to Republican campaigns, distortion and outright lies are the regular order of the day, so these tactics shouldn't surprise, although their results this time should alarm every truly decent person. But I wonder at the deep anger and hatred coming from so many who supposedly are filled with the Holy Spirit (all you McCain-Palin fanatics are good, bible- believing Christians and not arabs and Muslims and other crazy anti-American things like atheists, right?).

Perhaps John McCain's own self-loathing (Napoleon complex) and rabid temper are rubbing off on his and Palin's frustrated followers.
